A Range of Classes are Available to suit your Experience

Back Care, Gentle Pilates

This class is for those who have no experience of Pilates and need to learn the basic principles and build initial core strength, or for those who are working round a back issue or would just prefer a slower paced class. This class makes full use of props to modify or intensify exercises, and to support, challenge and add variety.

Essential Level Pilates

This class will build and challenge your core strength and co-ordination, and is suitable for those with some Pilates experience who are not working around any significant back or neck issues. We will cover all the essential level exercises, again making full use of props.

Intermediate Pilates

A challenging, fast paced whole body workout which covers the full intermediate repetoire.

Essential Plus Pilates

This class is for those looking for a challenging and faster paced Pilates class which will cover the full repertoire of essential level exercises, using props to intensify, and moving into intermediate moves.

IMPORTANT:

Please note all classes are planned for a balanced workout incorporating ALL spinal movements flexion, extension, rotation and lateral flexion (side bending). Additionally, they may incorporate moves performed kneeling, including weight being taken onto the upper body/arms, sitting, standing, and lying on your front as well as lying on your back and side and transitioning between these positions.

If you have significant restrictions or limitations we will do our best, but may not be able to safely incorporate you in a class setting. Safety is ALWAYS our first priority and we may ask you to attend a private 1/1  session prior to joining a class

Hatha Yoga

The small sized class is a restorative space involving gentle movement allowing time to explore the change we bring to our body, mind and breath, and is open to all abilities.   By moving the spine and releasing tension using the yoga asanas, we tune into what our body needs and always finish with a Savasana relaxation allowing you to connect into the breath.
